Just when most of the snow had melted, we woke up this morning to this ...

Atleast it was the heavy, wet snow that comes down in clumps and clings to everything and looks so pretty!

Contrary to what you might think after yesterday's post, we do still have some snow around here, although it is quickly receding.

Along the edge of our driveway

And that's where most of the snow that's left is ... along the edges of roads and sidewalks and in ditches ... places where it was piled up or where the sun can't reach it well.

The ice that forms along the edges of the melting snow makes such pretty designs and textures!

Through The Tapestry of Life, I discovered a fun photo challenge/game called ABC Wednesday. This game is obviously not new since it is in its 10th round, but it is new to me, and I thought it would be fun to play along. I may not always participate, but I think this will also give me some ideas on what to take pictures of for my Project 365(6).

This week's letter is "A".

What a difference a day makes!

These are shots of my backyard as seen through my bedroom window. I took the first picture around 7:30 am yesterday and the second around 7:30 am today.
